For mortgage loan officers
You closed the loan. Now be the one they hear from.
Past clients, warm leads and referrals get personal emails in your voice, with your NMLS IDs on every one, sent from your own inbox. You don’t write a word. You just approve.
From your list: Past client, Closed on Oak Avenue, 2023
Hi Dan,
It’s been about three years since we closed your loan on the Oak Avenue house. I hope it’s been a good home.
I’m not writing about rates. I just didn’t want to be the loan officer you only hear from when there’s paperwork.
If anything has changed, like a move or a question about your loan, I’d love to help.

After the closing
Ever watched a borrower you closed refinance somewhere else?
You got them to the closing table. Then life got busy, and when they needed a loan again, another lender’s name was in their inbox.
Industry data: mortgage servicers kept only 32% of borrowers who refinanced in Q1 2026. ICE Mortgage Monitor, May 2026
How it works
Done for you, start to finish.
-
Just send us your list of contacts.
Past clients, warm leads and referrals, from your CRM or a spreadsheet.
-
We write every word.
Up to 5 personal emails for each person, in your voice.
-
We protect your name.
Compliance Mode checks every email before you do.
-
You approve. It sends.
Approve all of one person’s emails at once. They go out from your own Gmail or Outlook, and replies come straight to you.
What you can skip
All the parts of follow-up you’ve been putting off.
-
No rate blasts.
Just a note from you.
-
No blank email to stare at.
Every email is already written when you see it.
-
No list-cleanup weekend.
Duplicates, bad addresses and past opt-outs come off before a word is written.
-
No compliance homework.
Your NMLS IDs and the Equal Housing line are checked on every email.
Every email
Nobody on your list gets a rate blast.
- About them
- Every email draws only on what your list says about that person.
- Up to 5, all different
- Each email has its own reason for writing, never a repeat of the last one.
- Never a rate sheet
- No rates, no market updates, no deadlines.
Compliance Mode
Your NMLS ID is on every email. So every email gets checked.
Every email is checked for:
- Your NMLS ID and your company’s
- The Equal Housing line
- No quoted rates, payments or loan terms
- No pre-approval talk or promises of lower payments
- An opt-out, by reply or link
- Your business mailing address
- A true subject line, never a fake “Re:”
- The state wording you confirmed, like Illinois’ licensing line
Then it waits for you. Nothing sends until you say yes.
Questions
Can my compliance team review the emails?
Yes, with you. Nothing sends until you approve, so you can go through the drafts together first. Cadento suggests your state wording, and you confirm it with them. And every email Cadento sends lands in a 24-month archive you can download as a CSV.
Why don’t the emails quote rates?
Quote a rate or a payment in an email, and required disclosures come with it. So Compliance Mode stops any email that quotes a rate, a payment or a loan term. The numbers wait for a real conversation with you.
Will the emails really sound like me?
We write from your records and a few emails you’ve already written, then check every draft against how you actually write. No templates, no “Hope this email finds you well.”
